Fees

Given the range of mergers or acquisitions (M&A) services offered, TechMatch does not maintain a static fee schedule. TechMatch works with each prospective client to determine the scope of the engagement. Fees are based on the level of M&A service to be provided. The client agreement may specify a minimum success fee and expenses. Fees are negotiable and are charged to the client either in advance or in arrears as specified in the client agreement (either monthly, quarterly or transaction goal or service goal is reached). Fees and costs affect the value of your account over time. Clients are responsible for paying transaction costs and fees associated with M&A. Client attorney, CPA fees, and other fees are in addition to TechMatch M&A fees unless specifically written in the client agreement.
